What I collect
The consultation form
When you book a call on the contact page, you send me your name, email, business name and the service you're interested in, and if you choose to add them, your phone number, monthly budget, preferred call time and notes. I use this only to reply to you, schedule the call and prepare for it.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to count visits and see which pages people read and whether the contact form or budget calculator get used. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device details. I see this as aggregate reports, not as a profile of you. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
The budget calculator
The numbers you enter in the marketing budget calculator stay in your browser. The only thing recorded is that the calculator was used, not what you typed.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts the site, stores form submissions and keeps standard server logs.
- Google provides Analytics, Tag Manager and the site's fonts.
- Telegram: new form submissions are forwarded to my private Telegram so I can respond quickly.
- Gmail: I reply to you by email.
I don't sell your information, share it with advertisers or add you to a mailing list. I'd only disclose it if the law required me to.
Google account data
I use internal tools that connect to my own Google account (Gmail, read-only, and Google Calendar) to manage my schedule and inbox. They don't access anyone else's Google account. Data they get from Google APIs is used only to run those tools for me, isn't sold or used for advertising, isn't used to train AI models, and isn't shared except as needed to run the tools. This use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long I keep it
Form submissions and our emails are kept while we're talking or working together, and deleted on request. Google Analytics data is kept for Google's standard retention period, then deleted automatically.
Your choices
Email me to see, correct or delete what I have about you, and I'll handle it within 30 days. This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
